Shipping & Delivery Policy

TaxTurbo is a product of Turbosoft Technologies. This policy explains how the Service reaches you after you buy a plan.
1. Online Delivery Only
TaxTurbo is software delivered over the internet as a subscription service. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.
2. How the Service Is Delivered
- You use TaxTurbo in your web browser at app.taxturbo.in. There is nothing to download or install.
- Your plan is activated on the account you are signed in with as soon as your payment is confirmed. In almost all cases this is instant.
- We email a payment confirmation and a GST invoice to your registered email address.
- Your reconciliation reports are delivered as Excel files that you download from the application.
3. Delivery Timelines
Activation is normally immediate. If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please sign out and sign back in. If it is still not active, email contact@taxturbo.in with your payment reference and we will activate it within 24 hours.
